Dustin D. Cloos serves as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Vision IT, where he spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at bolstering revenue and amplifying the company’s footprint in the industry. His achievements in business development, are attributed to his pragmatic, straight forward approach, which ensures Vision IT’s trajectory remains upward.

Dustin has over 30 years of proven performance in multiple federal markets and technology sectors with specific expertise in Leadership, Cyber, and Information Technology. His accolades include the successful management of multiple portfolios excess of $100M and effectively overseeing a dedicated team of more than 400 IT professionals. As a leader in GOVCON, Dustin is characterized by his unwavering commitment to people, compassion and moral which resonates profoundly with the wall of Vision IT’s foundational principles.

Dustin’s academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University and a multitude of industry certifications. He is a devoted husband, father, and an aficionado of music, golf and cigars.
