As Vision IT’s Vice President of Operations, he ensures the seamless execution of strategic initiatives that drive efficiency, growth, and mission success. His expertise in large-scale program oversight and business process optimization helps drive operational excellence while staying true to Vision IT’s core values of People First, Compassion, and Servant Leadership. Dustin firmly believes that working hard and having fun go hand in hand. He fosters a workplace culture where team members feel valued, engaged, and motivated—not just to succeed but to enjoy the journey. A strong advocate for continuous improvement, Dustin has played a key role in securing industry certifications such as ISO, CMMC, and CMMI, reinforcing Vision IT’s commitment to quality and security. His background in cybersecurity, enterprise IT, and process automation enables him to drive operational success while maintaining a steadfast focus on the well-being of his teams and customers. Dustin’s leadership philosophy is rooted in his deep commitment to empowering teams and fostering a culture of trust, accountability, and enjoyment. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed portfolios exceeding $100 million and led programs with more than 400 IT professionals, demonstrating his ability to cultivate high-performing organizations. Dustin holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University, along with multiple industry certifications. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father who enjoys music, golf, and cigars.
