With 29 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civilian Agencies, and Commercial Markets, Toni is a strategic leader focused on driving business growth, operational readiness, and mission modernization for our clients. Toni specializes in business development, capture management, and the delivery of innovative, adaptive, and responsive enterprise solutions for both CONUS and OCONUS service delivery.

Toni has successfully led and secured multibillion-dollar programs, including $100M+ initiatives in IT and cybersecurity. Committed to Vision IT’s values, she cultivates meaningful relationships, builds high-performing teams, and ensures excellence in service.

Toni holds multiple certifications in IT, business development, and proposal management and is actively involved in professional organizations such as AFCEA, AFA, AUSA and has also served as the Chapter Treasurer for the AFCEA-Belvoir Chapter.

Toni is a Florida native who currently resides in Northern Virginia.
