Victoria A. Washington

President & Chief Executive Officer

Victoria A. Washington is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vision Information Technology Consultants (Vision IT) LLC.   Victoria is responsible for the holistic view of the company by owning the vision, providing the proper resources, building a culture, and making good decisions. She has proven executive management track record and over 18 years of experience in the technology industry.

Before starting Vision IT, Victoria worked for the Federal government as computer engineer and Creative Technologies, Inc. as a software developer.  During her career, she held various leadership positions and served in key corporate executive roles, including as Chief Operations Officer for Incisive Technology, Inc.

Victoria has sat on a few boards and currently sits on the Board of Directors of East Initiative.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from her beloved Grambling State University. She earned her Master of Science in Systems Engineering from George Mason University (GMU). While attending GMU, she earned her certification in Command, Control, Communication and Intelligence (C3I). Victoria completed the training for SBA’s Emerging Leaders Initiative.

Victoria is a Louisiana native and currently resides in Texas.
